In 2007, when I founded Style School, my ambition was grand – to empower women of all backgrounds, sizes, and shapes to feel incredible about themselves. I envisioned inspiring women globally to embrace their unique beauty. I received a heartfelt message from a woman struggling with her weight, feeling undervalued, and battling the demands of a busy life, including bothersome hot flashes. That moment struck a chord with me – I realized I wanted to assist everyday women, not just conforming to conventional ideals.

Allow me to share a bit about my background. Before diving into the world of style coaching, I studied and worked as a Biokineticist. My daily uniform comprised leggings, t-shirts, and trainers – a far cry from the world of fashion. Back then, I had minimal knowledge about color palettes and style intricacies, confined to a standard black uniform mandated by my profession.
